Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. If you are ordering from outside Pakistan, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and shipping cost.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Customized orders (such as a size other than 56) may take longer, and we will confirm the timeline with you.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, deliveries within Pakistan usually take 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons such as Eid or because of courier delays outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will share your tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the amount at the time of delivery.

Address and contact details

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and complete, as our courier will contact you on delivery. Orders returned because of an incorrect address or because the customer could not be reached may incur additional shipping charges to resend.
